It's only July 15th, two weeks after the release of his new album "Wayah" but it looks like Amr Diab has already become 2009's top-selling artist in the middle east.
Naturally, since his the release, Diab record sales have skyrocketed, and according to Virgin Megastore, the album sold more than 2 million CDs globally, 2.160.500 CDs to be accurate, and that doesn't include downloads ofcourse.
It's been exactly a week since Amr Diab launched his new album "Wayah" and the sales are skyrocketing by the day registering a whopping 3 million copies sold so far.
That's higher than the sales' number of "Habibi ya nor el ein" for which Amr won his first World Music Award for best-selling album in the middle-east.Right on!!
